Account & Registration

Go to kp888.biz/register and fill in the three-step form — personal details, account setup and bonus confirmation. You will need a Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. After submitting the form, kp888 sends an OTP to your mobile number to verify the account. The whole process takes under 2 minutes. There is no document upload required at registration. Age verification (18+) is enforced at this stage.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at kp888. This is a hard requirement — the registration form blocks any date of birth that is less than 18 years before today's date. kp888 may request a copy of your CNIC at any time to confirm your age, particularly before processing large withdrawals. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any deposits returned.

No. kp888 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each person — identified by name, CNIC, mobile number and payment method — may hold exactly one kp888 account. If a player is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. If you have lost access to a previous kp888 account, contact support@kp888.biz rather than creating a new one — the support team can help you recover access.

If you are logged in, go to Account Settings and select Change Password. You will need to enter your current password and then your new one. If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, go to the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. kp888 will send an OTP reset code to your phone or inbox. Follow the instructions in that message to set a new password. If you do not receive the OTP within 2 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@kp888.biz.

For security reasons, changes to your registered mobile number or email address require manual verification by the kp888 support team. Contact support@kp888.biz from your currently registered email address, providing your kp888 username and the new contact details you wish to use. The team will guide you through the verification steps, which typically involve confirming your identity via CNIC and/or an OTP to your current number.

Yes. You can request permanent account closure or self-exclusion by contacting support@kp888.biz. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Deposits & Payment Methods

Log in to your kp888 account and click Cashier or Deposit. Select Easypaisa or JazzCash as your payment method. Enter the amount you wish to deposit (minimum Rs 200) and your wallet mobile number. kp888 will generate a payment reference. Open your Easypaisa or JazzCash app, go to Send Money or Bill Payment, enter the reference number and confirm. Your kp888 PKR balance updates within 60 seconds in most cases.

For IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard deposits the minimum may be slightly higher depending on your bank's processing limits. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by kp888 for most methods, though your individual Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet may have its own daily transaction limits set by those services.

kp888 accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits and balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — there are no currency conversion fees. kp888 does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits. Payment method availability may vary slightly depending on your province or mobile network.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits usually reflect within 60 seconds. If your balance has not updated after 10 minutes, first check your Easypaisa or JazzCash transaction history to confirm the payment was successfully sent. If the deduction is showing on your wallet side, take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation and send it to support@kp888.biz or share it via live chat. The kp888 team will trace the transaction and apply the balance manually within minutes if required. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 working hours on business days.

kp888 does not charge any deposit fees on its side. However, your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank etc.) may apply its own transaction charges depending on your account type and the amount being sent. kp888 has no control over third-party provider fees. The amount that arrives in your kp888 account will always reflect exactly what the payment provider confirms as received.

Withdrawals

Log in to kp888 and go to Cashier, then select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the withdrawal amount and your wallet or account details. Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 5–15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 1 business day. Make sure the payment details you enter match the name on your kp888 account — mismatched details can delay processing.

The minimum withdrawal amount at kp888 is Rs 500 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. For IBFT bank transfers the minimum is Rs 1,000 due to standard bank processing thresholds. There is no daily withdrawal cap for standard players, though kp888 may request identity verification before processing withdrawals above Rs 1,00,000 as part of standard KYC procedure.

The most common reasons for a delayed kp888 withdrawal are: (1) The payment details entered do not match the registered account name. (2) There is an uncleared bonus wagering requirement — you must meet the bonus playthrough before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. (3) An identity verification document has been requested by kp888 and not yet provided. (4) The withdrawal amount exceeds the standard review threshold and is going through a routine security check. Yes — once you have met the wagering requirement attached to your bonus, any resulting winnings in your real money balance can be withdrawn normally. This means if you received a Rs 5,000 bonus, you need to wager a total of Rs 1,50,000 across eligible games before the winnings become withdrawable. A wagering requirement (also called playthrough) is the total amount you need to bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. At kp888 the standard requirement is 30×.
